Seats
A Pro subscription is for one reader. Your login, the weekly email, and the Situations Database downloads are for your own use.
A single subscription does not cover a shared mailbox (for example a research@ or team@ address), a distribution list, or forwarding each issue to colleagues. If more than one person at your firm reads the digest, each reader needs a seat.
Team seats are billed on one invoice with a single renewal date, so you are not managing separate charges per person. Email info@clarksquarecapital.com with names and addresses and I will provision them.
Use of the material
The digest, the Excel file, and the Situations Database are for internal use at your firm. You are welcome to quote or cite the digest with attribution. Republishing it in full, reselling it, or posting the contents where they are publicly accessible is not permitted.
Billing
Pro is $39 per month or $300 per year through Stripe, renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.
Coverage
The digest is a screen of publicly disclosed situations. It is information, not investment advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Verify anything you intend to act on against the underlying filing.
